Sheila de Courcy has been making television programmes for over 20 years across all genre including Factual, Music, Documentary and Current Affairs. She has devised series for Drama, Arts, Entertainment and Children’s programming. 

Executive Producer credits include the year-long 40 Years of RTÉ Television event, and the creation of a Teen Soap for RTÉ. As ‘Commissioning Editor, Young Peoples’ Programmes’ Sheila commissions around 6 hours of original programming each week from the in-house production team and the independent sector. She is also responsible for animation.
