PHILIP COOPER
Producer, BBC Children's

Philip is a Development Producer with more than 8 years experience in both Entertainment and Children’s programming.  He joined the BBC in 2000 - outcompeting thousands to grab a coveted position on the BBC LE Development scheme. 

He gained experience working back and forth between development and production - starting with shows such as the Weakest Link, Friends LikeThese, Dog Eat Dog, and many more. 

Phil joined BBC Children's 4 years ago and has successfully pitched several factual-entertainment formats, including Pedro & Frankensheep (his first foray into the world of animation).
