Michael commissions all CBeebies content across radio, television, and online.  He has worked with many different formats, including live-action drama, studio based shows, and animation production. Michael has a deep understanding of how to deliver great content for children, and has successfully commissioned programmes like Mister Maker, Space Pirates, Carrie & David’s Popshop and award winners, Charlie & Lola and Nina & the Neurons.  Under Michael’s creative leadership, CBeebies has enjoyed its highest ever ratings success and won the BAFTA for Children’s Channel of the Year.
