Ymogen is a social media production and technology company which works with broadcasters and organisations to create safe, secure and often educational web 2.0 sites primarily for kids and teens. 

Recent projects include Do Something Different a social networking nursery for CBBC, To Be Continued, a collaborative film production project for teens via BBC Switch, The Big Shakespeare Mashup, a collaborative project for teens to explore Shakespeare by asking them to reinterpret scenes from Romeo & Juliet and create a film of their work. 

Ymogen is also launching a new social network, Create.tv, which democratises storytelling and enables collaborative creation of film - a space where people, in particular kids and teens, can work together on stories and factual content.
