Joe Mace started his career in TV reporting on a look-alike contest at Stringfellows and is now Head of Format Entertainment Development for BBC, a natural progression.  In between he presented, produced and devised lots of TV shows for lots of channels, but his proudest moment is appearing in Chucklevision (series 18 episode 4).
