3Line Media is a recently launched production company, animation studio and consultancy service. Prior to this Estelle was the Controller of Children's ITV and in her 3 years at the UK's largest commercial broadcaster she oversaw every element of broadcast and the launch of the CITV channel.

Previously Deputy Head of Acquisitions & Animation at CBBC which also spanned the development and launch of the BBC's 2 children's channels, Estelle has also worked at the UK Disney Channel and BSkyB.
