ANDREW KERR
Executive Director, Consumer Products and Marketing, International Entertainment Rights
Andrew joined ER in March 2008 and is responsible for developing and overseeing the Group’s successful commercial strategy for and brand portfolio across the UK & International territories (excluding US and Canada). Andrew is based in ER’s London headquarters.
Prior to joining Entertainment Rights, Andrew spent seven years at Ragdoll Worldwide Ltd as Executive Vice President, Global Licensing & Marketing and was a member of the Ragdoll Board of Directors. During his time at Ragdoll, Andrew opened its first international office in New York, establishing the Ragdoll brand and its key properties, Teletubbies, Brum and Boohbah. Andrew relocated to Ragdoll’s UK headquarters in 2004 to oversee all global licensing and marketing for Ragdoll’s key properties. Andrew was key to the origination and commercial exploitation of In The Night Garden in 2007, working closely with the programme co-creators at Ragdoll, the BBC and Ragdoll joint venture partners, BBC Worldwide.
Prior to joining Ragdoll, Andrew was Retail Director for The itsy bitsy Entertainment Company in New York where he designed and executed key retail strategies for a host of children’s brands including Teletubbies and Huggy Buggies.
Andrew is a Canadian national with a BA in English Language and Literature.
