Illumina Digital is one of the UK’s leading convergent media producers, established in 1998 to develop new forms of interactive content and services from TV to the web and real world installations to mobile channels. 

Andrew is Chair of the Skillset Employers Forum for Interactive Media, lectures on the EU EMMDIS programme and on Interaction Design at the Royal College of Art and is cu rrently Vice Chair (Interactive) of PACT.  In 2007, Andrew co-authored A New Approach to Public Service Content in the Digital Age, OFCOM’s policy paper on the proposal for a Public Service Publisher.
