Director, Melt

Lucy Würstlin is the Director of Melt and the Development Manager of The Culture Company.  Melt is a three year pilot programme, currently operating in South Yorkshire, which provides R&D grants of up to £50,000 to enable small creative and digital companies to explore innovative new content ideas for emerging platform and media market opportunities. Melt is a programme of The Culture Company working with the BBC, Channel 4, Orange, PACT and Screen Yorkshire and is funded by Yorkshire Forward, Objective 1 South Yorkshire and Arts Council England.

Lucy has worked in the creative industries sector for over 10 years and has developed and managed a range of investment programmes for creative and digital businesses. Lucy previously worked as the Creative Industries Development Manager for the South West Regional Development Agency and Culture South West.
