KATY BOULTON
Programme Executive, Ofcom

Katy is a member of Ofcom's Public Service Broadcasting team with responsibility for children's, ITV1 and nations and regions. She is also a core member of Ofcom's Future of Children's project team. Previously Katy was the ITC's regional manger for Yorkshire from 2001.

Before ‘turning gatekeeper’ Katy was a programme maker at Yorkshire Television, Granada and BBC Manchester working on factual programmes ranging from Everyman to Dispatches. Katy works from home in Saddleworth in the north of England.
