Joe Mace is Head of Development for BBC Children's Entertainment. To prepare him for this role he spent years wondering around the TV world scooping up experience like a big scoopy thing. Presenting everything from Glastonbury to The Saturday Show, writing a sitcom starring shop dummies, producing a game show starring a big truck. But his first love was always ideas and coming up with them, and four years ago he met the love of his development life, BBC Children's.
