ADAM MINNS
Head of Policy Development, Pact

He is responsible for political lobbying and developing Pact’s policies for television, animation, interactive media, diversity and Europe. Prior to joining Pact, Adam spent 7 years working for Screen International, a leading film trade publication. 

During this time he rose from reporter to UK film editor. He was responsible for leading the magazine and website's coverage of its home market, reporting on a diverse range of subjects from tax-based financing to video-on-demand.
